As Europe tries to cope with the shifts as nations move from Feudalism, the Divine Right of Kings, and Absolutism to that of newer forms of society, new issues begin to emerge. We'll begin to take a brief look at some of those that rise to the surface more than others (at least according to Steen--so take that for what it's worth!)
